However, we understand that there may be instances when you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, our Return & Exchange Policy comes into play:

Please Note: For international orders, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges, except for defective products. If you receive a defective product, please follow the instructions below for a return and refund.

7-Day Return Policy for Domestic Orders Only

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory product, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt. Here’s how the process works:

Contact our Tantukala customer support: email us at info@tantukala.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Wait for a confirmation email from Tantukala before returning the product.

Ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and packed securely in its original packaging. Our courier partner will not accept open or unsealed packages.

Include the invoice/guarantee card in the return package, as returns without these documents will not be processed.

Return Charges

For domestic orders within India, there are no shipping charges for returning the product. Our courier partner will collect the product from the address provided during the return process.

How to Initiate the Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product in unused and original condition, along with the necessary documents, we will process your refund. Here’s how it works:

For online payments: We will refund the amount through the same mode of payment used during the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be made via online transfer using NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). To initiate the return process, provide a cancelled cheque along with the returned product. It takes 7-15 working days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund policy for international orders at this time. However, we do provide a certificate of authenticity for our products delivered outside India.

Exchange

We regret to inform you that product exchanges are not available for purchases made on our website. However, you can choose to return the product following the guidelines mentioned above.

This site disclaimer is governed by Indian laws, and any disputes will be addressed in the courts of Kolkata.
