Shipping Destinations
Vastraam serves customers across India. To verify whether we deliver to your Pincode, please check during the checkout process in your shopping cart. If there is no courier service available in your area, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
NOTE: Currently, we do not provide the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place separate orders for shipments to different destinations.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Domestic Orders: We offer shipping within India.
International Orders: For orders shipped outside India, customers are responsible for covering the shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable duties at the destination.
Customs Clearance: All clothing shipments exported from India are subject to clearance by the Indian Customs Office. Products, along with their complete documentation, are submitted to the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment before being delivered to your shipping address. Therefore, please disregard any message on the package section that mentions: “Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/Tampered condition.” You will find the package sealed with a label stating “Opened for Customs.”
Shipping Partner: Our domestic logistics partners are Blue Dart, Delhivery.
NOTE: For international orders, customers are required to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Additionally, customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country must be borne by the customer and paid to the logistics partner upon delivery. Please note that all shipments are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Delivery Time:
The delivery time may vary depending on the destination; however, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order.
Delivery Time for Domestic Orders: It typically takes 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation to deliver products within India, provided there are no delays caused by governmental authorities or other entities acting on behalf of the government. If, by any chance, the delivery exceeds the specified time frame, the order will be canceled, and you will be notified. In such cases, a refund will be issued directly to your bank account using the same payment method used for the purchase. Vastraam Company partners with reputable courier agencies to ensure secure and prompt delivery. As product delivery is address-specific, please ensure that the address entered during the order placement is accurate.
Important Note: When providing an office address for delivery, please ensure that department details, employee numbers, and direct landline numbers are also provided to avoid last-minute issues and failed deliveries.
To prevent misplacement of deliveries, please keep one of the following identity cards handy for verification:

Delivery Time for International Orders: For orders delivered outside India, it typically takes 7-21 working days from the date of order confirmation, provided there are no delays caused by governmental authorities or other entities acting on behalf of the government. If we are unable to deliver your order within the specified period, we will cancel the order and notify you accordingly. In such cases, the refund will be processed directly to your account using the same payment method used for the purchase.
